Softick Card Export II changes Palm powered device class from vendor specific to industry standard USB Mass Storage Class. Unfortunately, Microsoft Windows 98/98SE doesn't include USB Mass Storage drivers. Each vendor should supply their own drivers.

In order to use Softick Card Export II with Windows 98/98SE you need to install USB Mass Storage Drivers from Softick.

We put these drivers to the cardexport-win98.zip archive. To install them follow these steps:

• Create temporary folder, say C:\CE2Drivers
• Unpack cardexport-win98.zip to the temporary folder
• Launch Softick Card Export II on Palm Powered device.
• Microsoft Windows 98/98SE should ask for Drivers disk. Point wizard to your temporary folder.
• Depending on software installed on your PC you may need to reboot your computer.
