Using Softick Blue Files with Mac OS X |

To access your Palm files and folders via Bluetooth, firstly launch Softick Blue Files on your handheld from your favorite Palm OS program launcher. On Mac OS X computer launch Bluetooth File Exchange application which can be found in /Application/Utilities folder on Panther from your Finder. You can also use Bluetooth Icon in right top corner of your desktop to access this application quickly. After launching Bluetooth File Exchange application a "Send File..." dialog may appear.
After a short delay your Mac should connect to Softick Blue Files and display your Palm computer folder list. Navigate through the file listing as you would do it in the Finder. Using the four buttons in the lower left corner of the window, you can move to previous folders, jump to the "top" level (the "home" icon), create a new folder or delete an object.
To receive a file from the palm click "Get.." button. You can select multiple files using "Contol" key. To send file to the device click "Send" button Note: Place your audio files to the right folder! Make sure to put your MP3 files to /CardName/Audio folder for SD/MMC/CF cards and /CardName/Palm/Programs/MSAUDIO for Sony Clie's Memory Sticks. |
