Q: I'm getting "The remote device's security architecture denied the connection" error. What should I do? A: Please try to perform soft reset for your handheld, turn off/on your headset
and try to pair your devices in the Bluetooth prefs panel. After that select
paired trusted device on the Audio Gateway main form. Please read headset
instructions for details and make sure that you are entering pin correctly. When pairing
device from the Bluetooth panel, try to use "Current discovery" rather than
other devices lists. Q: I'm getting "Unable to connect to the headset. The remote device is out of resources". What should I do? A: Your headset have not been disconnected from another Bluetooth device.
Please turn off/turn on your headset. Q: Why there is an error "unable to initialize the licensing subsystem...incompatible application (0x8004d001)"?
Does Audio Gateway support Digital Right Management content? A: Unfortunately, Digital Right Management (DRM) content is not supported by Audio Gateway at this time.
Softick is working with NormSoft to resolve issues with music files protected by DRM, they are very cooperative and we are expecting for this feature in a near future.
Temporarily you can use the next way to listen DRM-music - http://softick-forum.com/viewtopic.php?t=156 Q: I can't watch movies. My handheld freezes. A: Your avi's codec uses too much CPU time and Audio Gateway does not have enough CPU time.
We have optimized Audio Gateway. But among following operations: "player decodes stream", "Audio Gateway codes stream", "Audio Gateway sends stream by Bluetooth" - we can influence only on second operation ("Audio Gateway codes stream").
Please try to reduce video resolution and change video codec (with PocketDVD for example).
Also try to reduce output bitrate in Audio Gateway preferences (Device->Configure). Q: I've found some little files in DA folder. What is this? A: These files (AGConnectDA.prc, AGDisconnectDA, AGtoggleDA) are the Desk Accessories. DA's are little applications that you launch while you're in another application. AGConnectDA is used for quick connect to defined headset,
AGDisconnectDA is used for quick switch to "Internal" state.
You have to use DA Launcher (Power DA, DA Launcher) for using these desk accessories.
Please read more on http://softick-forum.com/viewtopic.php?t=724 Q: I was trying to use "Mixer" and "Resampler" options. Nothing changes. Why? A: These options currently are not implemented and left from previous releases.
